1.       Patent ductus arteriosus                                At birth

2.       Cleft lip                                                          6 weeks to 6 months

3.       Cleft palate                                                   9 -12 months

4.       Hypospadius                                                 6 – 18 months

5.       Umbilical hernia                                          After  1 year ,if  required

6.       Inguinal hernia                                            As early as the infant’s general condition permits

7.       Hydrocele                                                     After 1 year

8.       Undescended  testicle                                 between 1 – 2 years of age

9.       Coarctation of aorta                                     3-4 years of age or when infant is stabilized
