My clinical rotations

Today, I came up with a fine idea that to share the knowledge I acquire during my 1 year internship period. so lets put small topics and will share whatever I learnt new and found worth remembering always. My first rotation is dermatology, has started with great enthusiasm  and I am lucky enough to study this rotation under a great doctor who has 50 years of experience in this field and with witty ,affable nature and is a wonderful human.
